Yoga and Wellbeing Event

On Saturday 30th of September The Tartan Carrot is hosting a fundraising Event in The Old Barn, Dumbreck Stables, 82 Dumbreck Road, Glasgow, G41 4SN. Some of the activities on the day will include a number of Yoga and Wellbeing classes.

The following teachers have very kindly donated either a yoga or wellbeing class.
We would like to say a big thank you to all the following teachers :-)
NB please bring a yoga mat and blanket if attending if possible.

Come and Join Suzy and experience Eden Energy Medicine Exercises followed by a relaxing meditation.

15.00-16.00 Gillian Collins.
Dynamic Vinyasa Flow designed to strengthen and tone the body and maximise detoxification through the creation of heat (tapas). The class will conclude with a relaxing meditation that will allow participants to enter a state of calm, before leaving with a little extra skip in their step!.. This class is suitable for beginners.

Yoga and Wellbeing with Carlo.
“We will explore some of the Yoga philosophy and practices that foster and encourage non-harming and compassion towards all beings. You will leave feeling blissfully relaxed and invigorated. The class will be relaxed and approachable. All levels of fitness are welcome and no previous experience of Yoga is necessary”..Carlo Ferroni
