The owner of Supernourished is the very lovely Jayne Totty who is a Vegan Chef, Nutritional Therapist and Culinary Educator. She believes that being Supernourished is all about making the most of every mouthful and on her website you will find lots of delicious recipes such as, Rosemary Oat Apple Crumble with Maple Vanilla Cashew Cream, Baked Beetroot Falafel with Carrot & Sumac Salad and Berry Buckwheat Scones.

Jayne is a graduate of the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and Living Light Culinary Arts Institute, she specialises in sharing the benefits of eating natural whole plant based foods, she offers general plant based cooking classes and bespoke and private classes. Jayne has experience of delivering all types of cooking events, from small groups to large corporate classes, having been part of the teaching staff at Central Street Cookery School and Made in Hackney (both in London) prior to relocating to Edinburgh.
