In this friendly 2.5 hour class you will learn how to prepare and cook 6 healthy breakfast dishes. This class will be fully interactive, and you will be able to taste the dishes prepared (they will be shared with others attending the class). You will be helping prepare the dishes so please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. (Please bring an apron).

Preparing Delicious Healthy Breakfasts

In this friendly 2.5 hour class you will learn how to prepare and cook 6 healthy breakfast dishes. This class will be fully interactive, and you will be able to taste the dishes prepared (they will be shared with others attending the class). Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, it is important we get the right start to the day.

During the class we will be preparing:

Recipe 1: Bircher muesli (can also be called overnight oats). It is a delicious and nutritious start to your day prepared the night before and great for those mornings when you are on the go. Seriously addictive!

Recipe 2: Homemade peanut butter granola. We will make it with gluten free rolled oats, nuts, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and peanut butter. You will never want to eat store-bought granola again!

Recipe 3: Gram flour pancake. A high protein, very filling savoury breakfast. It is versatile and can be made with many mix-in ingredients and toppings.

Recipe 4: Energy bites. We will learn how to make a healthy and guilt free snack. Chocolate – orange energy ball made with 5 ingredients.

Recipe 5: Fluffy lemon and chia seed pancakes. We will learn how to make vegan and gluten free pancakes that are soft, fluffy and incredibly tasty, including what to use as an egg replacement in pancakes. These pancakes have protein, healthy fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, they are not heavy and do not contain refined sugar so it is a win-win!

Recipe 6: Turmeric latte. We will make a batch of turmeric spice mix and learn what spices to add to bring out the taste of turmeric. We will make a cup of golden milk latte with coconut and almond milk.

All dishes are free of gluten and refined sugar.

The price is Β£39 per person and spaces are limited. If you are allergic to nuts then unfortunately this class will not be suitable for you.
