Preparing Delicious Healthy Family Meals

In this friendly 2 hour class you will learn how to prepare and cook a 3 course main meal. This class will be fully interactive, and you will be able to taste the meal prepared (it will be shared with others attending the class). You will be helping prepare the meal so please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. (Please bring an apron).

During the class we will be preparing:

Starter: Moroccan Cauliflower Soup with Carrot, Apple and Cashew Cream.

Main Course: Shepherds Pie with tasty side dishes.

Dessert: Easy Lemon Cheese Cake.

Learn to liven up your home made soups with some simple spices; this soup will be served with a delicious cashew cream. Learn how to prepare and serve a delicious plant based take on the classic shepherds pie. Prepared with brown lentils, fresh aromatic herbs and a blend of white and sweet potatoes. This dish will be served with home made gravy, and some tasty side dishes.

For dessert we will prepare a delicious Lemon Cheese Cake. This class is suitable for vegans, vegetarians and everyone else. All the dishes being prepared will be 100% plant based dishes.

Please note: We will be using nuts during this class, if you are allergic to nuts then this class is unfortunately not for you. The price per person is £24.50, places are limited.
